Disaster and Crisis Interventions

As GAP International Humanitarian Aid and Research Association, we carry out emergency aid activities in regions where natural disasters and humanitarian crises occur, and we rapidly deliver shelter, food, water and basic health services. Our teams in the field analyze pre- and post-crisis processes and develop preventive strategies to build resilient societies.

Poverty Alleviation and Food Security

We aim to create a permanent solution by supporting income-generating projects and sustainable agricultural practices in communities facing chronic poverty. Thanks to the food security projects we carry out, we increase access to basic food resources and achieve effective results in the fight against malnutrition.

Health and Clean Water Projects

In areas where access to clean water is limited, we contribute to the creation of healthy living conditions through drinking water wells and sanitation projects. We also focus on improving community health by collaborating with local health institutions and providing medical equipment, medicine and personnel support.

Training and Capacity Building

Education is a basic need for societies to become self-sufficient in the long term. In this context, we carry out projects such as school construction or repair, educational material support and vocational training programs for adults, and we increase the capacity of individuals and local institutions.

Sustainable Development Projects

With a sustainable development approach encompassing environmental, economic and social dimensions, we work on innovative solutions in the fields of agriculture, energy and infrastructure. We develop projects together with local governments, academic institutions and stakeholders to achieve long-term results and increase regional development and employment opportunities.

Research and Analysis

We evaluate the experience and data we gain in the field using scientific methods to create reports, articles and policies. In this way, we increase the effectiveness of humanitarian aid activities and develop approaches that set an example on a global scale with the knowledge we have gained.

Advocacy and Awareness Activities

We share our experiences in humanitarian aid and research on local and international platforms, and organize campaigns to raise public awareness. Thus, we contribute to the inclusion of critical issues such as poverty, climate change, migration and gender equality on the global agenda and create an impact on decision-makers.
