About Us
GAP International Humanitarian Aid and Research Association is an independent non-governmental organization that strengthens its global humanitarian aid activities with scientific research and analysis. Our association, which was established to find solutions to crises, disasters and social problems in different parts of the world, carries out a wide range of activities from meeting basic needs such as health, education, food and shelter to local development projects.
As an organization, we aim to develop effective, sustainable and measurable solutions by meticulously analyzing the field data we obtain. In addition to humanitarian aid, we report the findings we obtain through research and analysis activities, share them with public institutions and international organizations, and encourage multi-stakeholder cooperation. Thus, we aim to achieve more inclusive and long-term results in areas such as disaster management, poverty alleviation and social justice.
Within GAP International Humanitarian Aid and Research Association; academicians, field experts, volunteers and sector professionals work together. Each project is planned, managed and reported within the framework of the principle of transparency and accountability. In this way, while reinforcing the trust in our association, we integrate new methods and technologies into our business processes that will make it easier to reach every segment of society.
This approach, which centers on development, cooperation and humanitarian values, keeps our association's principles of sustainable development and people-oriented aid alive. On this path we set out with the vision of a better future, we act in cooperation with our local and international stakeholders and continue to produce projects that respond to the needs.
