Mission
As GAP International Humanitarian Aid and Research Association, our priority is to quickly and permanently meet the basic humanitarian needs of the victimized, disadvantaged or crisis-stricken communities in different geographies of the world. In this direction:
1. Humanitarian Aid: We provide urgent needs (food, clean water, shelter and medical support) in disaster areas and develop sustainable solutions to combat poverty.
2. Research and Data Analysis: We process the data we collect from the field with expert researchers to prepare scientific reports and develop strategies to make humanitarian aid more effective.
3. Education and Awareness: By organizing educational projects and seminars for all segments of society, especially for children and young people, we contribute to increasing social solidarity and awareness.
4. Capacity Building: In cooperation with local civil society organizations, we provide training and consultancy services to increase the competencies of teams and volunteers working in the field.
As an organization, we take every step in line with the principles of transparency, accountability and respect for human dignity, and we see it as part of our mission to create permanent and measurable solutions to global problems.
Vision
GAP International Humanitarian Aid and Research Association aims to be a leading non-governmental organization that combines humanitarian aid activities with scientific research and innovative solutions. In the long term
- Reaching more people by establishing Global Collaborations with stakeholders from different sectors (public, private and academia),
- To support societies' self-sufficiency and long-term prosperity by producing pioneering projects in the field of Sustainable Development,
- To disseminate field experiences and methodologies in humanitarian aid and research worldwide through Knowledge Sharing,
- To provide faster and more effective interventions in critical areas such as disaster management, health and education by using technological innovations.
Within the framework of this vision, we aspire to implement original ideas and projects that will expand the boundaries of humanitarian aid, while continuing to work to ensure that every individual in need of humanitarian assistance lives in dignity and empowers communities.
